Generations of Valor
I don’t cry easily, but this photo makes me want to cry.
What’s happening in my little kingdom.

A message from Atom Jester, Homeland Security Director I have just concluded a conference call with the nation’s school administrators to let them know what I’m about to share with the people of Greenville. I might add, I also wanted to commend them for their work in improving and strengthening homeland security since Great Butter Incident. We’ve been in frequent communication with the school administrators and I think their work to date has reflected the kind of relationship between the federal and the state and local government that we need to make a permanent part of our homeland security defense.
Bloggers are assailing the mainstream media again.
Cory Doctorow is one of my favorite authors. I know what you’re thinking, “Who’s Cory Doctorow?” The first book he wrote was Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom. Now he’s writing a series of short stories with the same titles as other science fiction classics. The first story is I, Robot.
Heard a guy on the radio this morning who said he spent $294 on a present for his girlfriend. I thought, “That’s outrageous, why spend that much money!?” Turns out this guy is very practical. He bought her 4 new tires for her truck.
Took the Princess to Wal-Mart today to get Valentine cards for her classmates. The place was jam packed! And of course they have out all the extra stock for Valentine’s day so the aisles have stuff right in the middle of them. Managed to find some cards that didn’t cost a fortune.
This is the teddy bear I built at the Build-a-Bear Workshop for my Queen.
Today we went to the mall to do what we planned to do last night. But I took both the Prince and the Princess with me. (Don’t know if I’ve said yet, but the Princess is almost 9 years old and our Little Prince is just a year old.) Had a hard time deciding which bear to build for the Queen.
Tonight was Daddy Daughter date night so I took the Princess out to Perkins. I got a mushroom swiss burger and she got the kids pizza wheel like she always does. Before we got our food she started complaining that she had a headache. “It’s probably just because you’re hungry, that happens sometimes.”
